Effective date: 15 September 2026 (15.09.2026)
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern the use of the DEKINNexus Etap application (the “Application”), which is operated by SARL DEK IN SAN (the “Company”) and accessible at etap.dekinnexus.com. By logging in to the Application, you accept these terms. These terms apply together with your employment contract or the commercial contract between you and the Company, and with the Company's internal rules. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. Who may use the Application?
The Application is an internal business tool and there is no public registration. It may be used only with accounts created by Company administrators for employees and authorised business partners. Each account is limited to the role and scope assigned to it. You may use the Application only for work you carry out on behalf of the Company.
3. Account security
- Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share your password with anyone, do not allow anyone else to use your account, and do not log in with another person's account.
- Change the initial password given to you by the administrator (even if it was sent to you via WhatsApp or by any other means) at your first login. The Application makes this change mandatory no later than your third login; passwords must also be renewed every 365 days.
- Choose a password of at least 8 characters that is hard to guess and that you do not use for other services; common passwords are not accepted.
- Do not share messages containing your login details with others; log out when you have finished working on shared devices.
- If you suspect that your account has been used without authorisation or that your password has become known to someone else, change your password immediately and report the matter to an administrator or to etap@dekinnexus.com.
- Actions performed with your account are recorded in your name. You are therefore responsible for protecting your login details.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Application only for lawful business purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Uploading malware, viruses, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempting to access records, screens or other users' accounts for which you are not authorised; attempting to circumvent access controls, rate limits or other security measures, or to test them without the Company's written permission.
- Collecting data automatically by means of bots, scripts or scraping tools, overloading the system or disrupting the operation of the service.
- Using data in the Application for non-business purposes or for personal gain, or disclosing it to unauthorised persons.
- Performing actions in another person's name, creating or altering records in a manner that does not reflect the truth, or attempting to conceal activity records.
5. Accuracy of records and responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter (dates, amounts, statuses, documents, notes) is accurate, up to date and complete. If you notice an incorrect record, correct it; if you are not authorised to do so, notify the person responsible or an administrator. Changes are recorded together with information on who changed what, and when.
Irreversible actions such as deletion require you to re-enter your password; give this confirmation only when you understand the consequences of the action. The calculations, alerts and PDF outputs generated by the Application support your work; it is the user's responsibility to check their content before signing an official document, placing an order or making a payment on the basis of them.
6. Confidentiality of business information
The projects, contracts, quotations and prices, bank, guarantee and insurance information, supplier and subcontractor data, and all documents in the Application are confidential business information of the Company. Use this information only for your work, and disclose it outside the Company only to the extent required by the work and permitted by your authorisation. Keep documents you download and files you export as Excel/PDF secure; document opening and export operations are recorded. Your confidentiality obligation continues after your access to the Application ends.
7. Ownership
Business data entered into the Application and uploaded documents belong to the Company. The software and design of the Application, as well as the name and trademark “DEKINNexus Etap”, belong to SARL DEK IN SAN or its licensors. Users are granted only a limited, non-transferable right of use for the duration of their duties and for use in accordance with these terms. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or making the software available to third parties is prohibited.
8. Monitoring notice
For security and accountability purposes, activity in the Application is recorded: logins and failed login attempts, screens opened, actions performed, document opening and export operations, IP address and browser information. Passwords, session cookies and document contents are not recorded. The audit log and usage statistics may be reviewed only by accounts with super admin privileges; records may be used in investigations where abuse is suspected. What is recorded, who can see it and retention periods are explained in detail in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service continuity and changes
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Application operates reliably; however, we do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security interventions, internet connectivity or third-party services (Google, WhatsApp, the e-mail server); notifications may be delayed or may not be delivered. Do not rely solely on Application notifications to keep track of critical dates such as guarantee, insurance and contract expiry dates and payment dates.
The Company may change, add to or remove features, screens and modules of the Application. Significant changes will, wherever possible, be announced in advance within the Application; in emergencies requiring action for security reasons, changes may be made without prior notice.
10. Suspension and termination of access
The Company may deactivate your account, change your role or delete your account in the event of a breach of these terms, a security risk, a change in your duties, or the termination of the employment or commercial relationship. Any open session of a deactivated account ends at its next request. When your access ends, the business records and documents you have entered remain with the Company and are retained as described in the Privacy Policy. You must return or delete any downloaded or exported files in your possession in accordance with the Company's rules.
11. Limitation of liability
The Application is provided as a tool supporting the Company's business processes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be held liable for data entered incorrectly or incompletely by users, for breaches of these terms, for unauthorised use resulting from failure to protect login details, for events beyond the Company's reasonable control (for example, internet outages or failures of third-party services), or for indirect damages.
This limitation does not affect the Company's liability arising from its wilful misconduct or gross negligence, liabilities that cannot be limited by law, or employees' rights under employment legislation.
12. Third-party services
For certain features, the Application uses third-party services such as Google Drive, Google Gemini (if enabled), WhatsApp and the e-mail server designated by the Company. These services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies (for example, the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy; for WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms). The Company does not control the operation of these services.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its effective date; significant changes are announced within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Algerian law. For disputes arising from these terms, an amicable settlement shall first be sought; if no settlement is reached, disputes shall be heard by the Algerian courts.
